I was Director of Hotels in Europe for a large International brand for 25 years. I had the opportunity to supervise work in 5 of my hotels, last one was in Paris in 2007/2008 with a large project of 30M€ in a listed establishment with 350 rooms.
In 2006, I made the 1st acquisition of an 8-bedroom Riad in Marrakech, then I had the opportunity to manage nearly 50 rooms including 4 self-built riads. I also supervised works in 3 other friends' riads.
This year I made the decision to launch my company to be able to renovate riads and, depending on the project, help the owners, offer the possibility of assisting in the marketing of their establishment. I am at your disposal for further information.
